RECOMMENDATIONS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING DELIVERY
As part of the delivery, the package may suffer damage during transport.

- Check the product BEFORE signing the delivery slip.
- Refuse any damaged product and note the condition clearly on the delivery slip.
- The statements of the type "subject to unpacking" have no value with the carriers.
- Refuse any product that does not conform to your order.
- No dispute can be taken care of if the delivery is accepted without reservation.
The conformity of the goods delivered or collected must be verified before signing any delivery document.
In the event of an anomaly, the Customer will indicate his reservations directly on the delivery document, followed by his signature. In the event of a serious anomaly (torn, open packaging, missing, damaged products, etc.), the Customer will refuse the package and will specify on the delivery document the reasons for its refusal. This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Customer, or any person authorized to receive the package on his behalf, has signed the delivery document.
