In the event of a complaint for a non-conforming product, it is imperative to send us photos of your product in order to see the problem. Without these images we cannot review your complaint.
In the event of a delivery error, you must contact us for a claim of delivery error or non-conformity of the product with respect to the indications on the order form. This declaration must be made on the day of delivery no later than the first working day following delivery, otherwise it will be rejected.
Any product to be exchanged and reimbursed must be returned to us as a whole and in its original packaging. Don't forget to contact us first.
