PNEUMATIC PAINT
FOR PVC SUPPORT - HYPALON

PNEUMATIC PAINT is a one-component elastomeric paint. It is suitable for use for neoprene, rubberized canvas, PVC, hypalon support. It is of excellent flexibility and has good adhesion. It has very good resistance to the marine atmosphere, to immersion in fresh and salt water and to ultraviolet radiation.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Mandatory MEK cleaning before application of the first coat. Degrease / wash then rinse with fresh water. Careful sanding with a 150 grit abrasive is necessary (especially for boats other than PVC). Clean with a damp cloth.

APPLICATION
Mix the product thoroughly before application. Given the special characteristics of this paint, apply only with a brush, using, if necessary, pneumatic paint thinner up to a maximum of 5% by volume.
Deflate the tire to 80% of its volume. Applied a first coat diluted to 5-10%. Inflate the tire to 100% before drying (6 hours minimum). Slightly deflate the tire before applying the second, then re-inflate it for drying (24 h).

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Keep out of the reach of children.
If application is in confined spaces, adequate ventilation should be provided during drying. The product contains solvents which, in contact with air, can form explosive mixtures in the presence of fires, sparks or electrostatic charges.
When handling gloves, wear goggles and protective clothing. Wash with soap and water after accidental contact.
